Hey - don't we already have a compassionate conservative president who believes government isn't the answer? I mean, unless it suits him, like, you know, if we need to torture someone or listen in on their phone conversations.

Who wants to be conservative when it comes to compassion?
I'm sorry. I saw all kinds of compassion in Sen. McCain's subsidizing of those companies that would provide cheap internet to the mountain folk -- who, we all know, crave Youtube way more than they crave, say, food. education. medicine. heat. That kind of stuff...
